Movement That Heals
My sessions include movements from Pilates, barre, yoga, athletic strength training, muscle release therapy and breathwork. Each client is given a custom tailored set of exercises to achieve their goals.
I also implement mindfulness and energetics to bridge the physical with the spiritual so you experience inner and outer strength and alignment. The transformation that you make in these sessions will take you far beyond the hour that we are together.
Specialties: Deep Core Work, Prenatal Pilates, Postnatal core (diastasis recti), muscle imbalance correction, and post surgical rehabilitation.
