Movement That Heals
The movement includes Pilates, barre, yoga, athletic strength training, muscle release therapy and breathwork. Each client is given a custom tailored set of exercises to achieve their goals.

We also implement mindfulness and energetics to bridge the physical with the spiritual to experience true inner and outer strength, lightness and alignment. The transformation that you make in these sessions will take you far beyond the hour that we are together.
